Flames of Hell Experimental Flavor

So I came up with Gates of Hell garlic chili smoked olive oil – it’s not too hot (hey, you are only at the GATES). I had a couple of requests for a nuclear heated version of it. I’ll be putting this together this week and hopefully it won’t blow my head off when I taste it.

Just tried something new on the smoker today – I put a couple of garlic bulbs (whole) on, and a basket of peeled garlic cloves. I wanted to run a batch of salsa (smoked salsa is awesome – I have to say). If this takes off, I might add that to my product line. Time will tell. Meanwhile, my web sales are absolutely flat and I hope that changes as we get into the holiday, gift-giving season!
